Her lunch consists of one whole wheat roti with sabji ( a combination of vegetables) and a bowl of curd. In the afternoon, she usually took a small snack, which is around 5 o’clock. This snack can be either about 5 almonds or a biscuit with a cup of tea. For dinner, she chooses a healthy option, such as a 2-egg white omelet, a bowl of clear soup, or a nutritious smoothie. She also makes sure to stay well-hydrated by drinking at least 3 liters of water throughout the day.

She was incredibly committed to her weight loss transformation and overall health journey, to the point where she rarely planned for cheat meals and successfully managed her cravings. However, from time to time, she allowed herself to indulge in her favorite treats, especially when unexpected cravings struck. One such guilty pleasure was savoring the rich taste of dark chocolate.
