Entertainment Desk, New Delhi: Romantic dramas usually perform well, but Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, released on August 2, did not make an impact. Even the popular pairing of Ajay Devgn and Tabu could not turn the film into a success.
Saiee Manjrekar, who worked hard on the film directed by Neeraj Pandey, is deeply saddened by its failure. She expressed her disappointment, stating that she put her heart and soul into the film, and its failure was disheartening.
Saiee on the Failure of Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha
In an interview with Hindustan Times, Saiee Manjrekar said, “This was a film to which I gave my entire heart. It was made with a lot of love, hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. It was something everyone loved. So, it was a bit disappointing. In the end, we just want the film to reach as many people as possible and be loved by them.”

Saiee’s Hope for OTT
Saiee Manjrekar attributed the film’s failure to poor timing. She said, “It’s just a matter of timing. I think it was the wrong time. One just has to wait for the right time for the right film.” Saiee remains hopeful that the film will perform well on OTT platforms.
In Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, Ajay Devgn and Tabu’s incomplete love story is portrayed. Saiee Manjrekar played the young version of Tabu, while Shantanu Maheshwari took on a significant role in place of Ajay Devgn. The film received mixed reviews from both audiences and critics.
